— Scouting Ireland requires that individuals under 18 years of age are required to undergo vetting if they are to supervise certain activities or events involving younger people. The individual must be at least 16 years of age and must have written parental consent for their vetting application.
This form used to be provided by National Office on request when such an individual wished to apply to the Garda Vetting Bureau for vetting
